great stay but minor bathroom layout issues
The staff impressed me with their friendliness and willingness to help. The room was spacious, quiet, and had a cozy ambiance that made it feel like home. Interestingly, I enjoyed the breakfast menu, especially the pancakes—simple yet delicious! I also noticed that previous guests appreciated the comfortable ambiance.
The bathroom layout could use some improvement for better accessibility.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed and a tidy bathroom made the stay enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to assist when my son fell ill, even accompanying us to a medical appointment for translation support—truly outstanding service. Breakfast was a delightful treat, featuring delicious crepes among other options. Though the hotel was generally excellent, the bathroom layout could use some improvement for accessibility.

The food scene nearby is lit! We snagged some bomb pancakes at breakfast and hit up La Hija de Moctezuma—seriously, don’t miss it! Plus, the staff was super friendly, and free parking was a sweet bonus!
Though we had a bit of a hiccup with the A/C situation, only getting one of our three rooms equipped with it, the overall vibe was still good and cozy!

The stay was during Halloween and the atmosphere was fantastic. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We found delicious pancakes at breakfast, and the staff was incredibly friendly, ready to help with any inquiries we had. Although we had an issue with the A/C in one of our rooms, it didn't overshadow the overall cozy vibe of our visit!

Families should consider this place
The hotel staff really went above and beyond during our stay. Our son got really sick one night and they didn’t hesitate to help us get to the hospital, even had one of them come with to translate which was just very nice!
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still pretty reasonable given the service we received.
